What does a wedding coordinator do?
A Wedding Day Coordinator, or colloquially also called a wedding day planner, unlike a full-service wedding planner, exclusively oversees the wedding day itself.
Often, organizational tasks, keeping track of the day's schedule, or communicating with service providers are still left to the best man and maid of honor.
But let's be honest: How are your best man and maid of honor supposed to keep an eye on the schedule, coordinate service providers, distribute wedding favors, and be by your side while you're getting ready?

What does our collaboration look like?

I will have a preliminary meeting with you, and you will hand over all booked service providers to me.
Together we will create your daily schedule
A few weeks before your wedding, I will contact all service providers and begin the coordination and organization.
We conduct check-up calls.
I am the direct contact person for all guests and service providers, the intermediary between you and the service providers.
I will contact the location and arrange a preliminary visit.
On your wedding day, I will be the first one on site and coordinate the setup with all the service providers.
I will be there for you and your guests throughout your special day and will take care of the perfect planning.
